Your 2020 Performance Review

Please join us for the November 9th event in the MWL Member Monday series, presented in collaboration with the MWL Corporate Counsel Affinity Group

Do you dread the performance review time of the year?  Or maybe you get excited?  Either way, we have lined up a panel of exceptional in-house women leaders and HR experts  who will share their thoughts on how they approach performance review time of the year, along with tips and tricks on writing reviews and highlighting accomplishments.  If you’re a manager of people, our panelists will also share their insight on delivering review and feedback to team members.  The session will also explore how the current pandemic has influenced these leaders’ thought process in what they’re looking for in team members in terms of skills, qualities, or achievements.

Although this program will focus on corporate counsel and in-house attorneys, the content will offer relevant and valuable information for attorneys across the profession..

MWL is honored to welcome our esteemed panelists:

•   Kendra Brodin, Chief Attorney Development Officer at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP
•   Neera Chatterjee, Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Counsel - Regulatory Section at the Wells Fargo Legal Department

About MWL Member Mondays

Please join us for this new monthly opportunity to engage with Minnesota Women Lawyers and its members, learn from legal community leaders, and build connections across the profession. To be held on the 2nd Monday of each month (unless noted otherwise) from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m., MWL Member Mondays will provide a consistent opportunity for MWL members and the statewide legal community to connect on topics of common interest, all in support of MWL's mission and values.  Each month's gathering will offer a dynamic and relevant program in a variety of remote formats.  We may hear from community leaders, participate in a workshop-style format, or engage in a group-wide discussion.  Furthermore, MWL Member Mondays will also provide members and non-members alike with the opportunity to learn more about MWL and its benefits, as well as opportunities to volunteer and further engage with the association.

Even more good news: MWL Member Mondays are FREE and most will offer 1.0 CLE credit.
